Anatomy of Rooms - 2022
‘Anatomy of Rooms’ is an experiential, low-impact, transient installation in development. The blue prints are technical architectural sketch plans; however, there is now life, character and inhabitation (in some cases desertion) embedded in the drawings. The site is in an underground carpark that is now being demolished, signifying the fragility of public spaces in our neighbourhood.
The Talking Wall - 2021
A site-specific installation, design and built by Matthew in collaboration with the Collingwood Neighbourhood House (non-for-profit organisation). The installation was exhibited in the basement of the new Collingwood Yards precinct, Melbourne, VIC.
